Golf & Spa Resort Konopiště is one of the largest golf resorts in the Czech Republic. It connects an 18-hole championship course with a hotel, two restaurants, a wellness and spa center, located in the heart of the complex. The route, located in a slightly undulating landscape, is full of forest sections, bunkers and water obstacles.

The château of Konopiště was originally a fortress, built with due regard to French defensive construction. Over time the brusquely functional building turned into a charming château, used among others by the Sternberg and Lobkowicz nobility, as well as briefly by the heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, Franz Ferdinand d’Este.

The Jemniště Chateau is described as the Baroque pearl of Central Bohemia and it is definitely not an exaggeration. The chateau was designed by the famous architect František Maxmilián Kaňka, and besides one modification after a fire in 1754, the Jemniště look has not been changed by any other fundamental reconstructions. Thanks to that, this unique example of a noble mansion from the Late Baroque period has been preserved.
