To a small village dominates a former hunting lodge from 1711, owned by Wallensteins. This simple baroque building with a mansard was later used as a lodge.

Václav Babinský, the most famous Czech highwayman, stayed in the vicinity of Maníkovice around 1831-1832. Near the road to the village is on the north side an alley of huge, centuries-old oak trees, beneath these trees stand several modern sculptures.
